CAPRICE MALLETT has been a financial planning professional for over 24 years. Originally a petroleum engineering major, Caprice made a career change to financial services in 1983. The analytical skills associated with engineering paralleled the creative problem solving skills required of a financial services professional, and provided a strong technical background to which Caprice has added nearly a quarter of a century of practical experience and careful judgment in helping clients reach their financial goals. Caprice has been in private practice since 1983 working as a financial services professional and servicing clients throughout the United States. Her philosophy in working with people has always been that financial strategies must be objective, and only through objective education can clients gain the information they need to make sound financial decisions.

Caprice is a Certified Financial Planner™, a designation granted by the Certified Financial Planner Board of Standards, and is required to complete 30 hours of continuing education every 24 months. Caprice holds Series 6, 7, 63, 65 and 24 securities licenses*, and is a Registered Representative with First Allied Securities, Inc., a San Diego, CA based broker/dealer and Member FINRA & SIPC. First Allied Securities maintains clearing arrangements with Pershing, LLC. Fee based Investment Advisory Services are provided through Biltmore Wealth Advisers, LLC. Biltmore Wealth Advisers, LLC is registered with the SEC as a Registered Investment Adviser. Caprice also holds insurance licenses and insurance brokerage agreements with multiple insurance companies.

The office of Biltmore Wealth Advisers, LLC is based in Phoenix, Arizona, where Caprice has lived for 12 years.  Caprice spent three years as an instructor for Maricopa County Community Colleges, teaching personal financial management courses on five campuses. She also provides financial education courses for corporations and private organizations. Caprice maintains a "by appointment only" office in Englewood, Colorado. Caprice is a member of the International Association for Financial Planning, and volunteers time to serve the Certified Financial Planner Board of Examiners assisting in the development and field testing of examinations administered to financial services professionals seeking the Certified Financial Planner™ license and designation. *Caprice is securities licensed in the following states:
