THE FINANCIAL PLANNING PROCESS ·

Data Gathering - Once the decision is made to go forward, we must gather all of the client’s relevant financial information. This part of the planning process includes the traditional “hard data” such as tax returns, investment statements, etc. as well as in-depth discussions regarding the client’s goals and objectives, risk tolerance and preferences in the management of personal finance. ·

Data Analysis - After data is accumulated, we organize the information into useful divisions. It is at this point that the “number crunching” and analysis of financial alternatives commences. It is also at this stage that we begin to develop recommended strategies for the client. ·

Plan Formation and Presentation - We believe that our approach to financial planning is unique primarily because of this stage of our process. We place great emphasis on the interaction of client and planner in the development of the final course of action. By carefully exploring alternatives, clients are able to make well educated decisions based on their goals and objectives. ·

Plan Implementation - Once a personal course is chosen, the plan must then be implemented. If a plan is not implemented, money and time have been wasted. We stand ready to assist our clients in the implementation of all or a portion of their financial plans. ·

Ongoing Review and Plan Maintenance - Financial Planning is a process, which must be maintained in order to properly measure the client’s progress toward their goals. Ongoing review of the client’s situation in light of economic and tax developments, investment performance, and personal change is critical to the realization of personal financial objectives.
